Use the deburring tool (pictured) and/or a flat file to bevel your edges. I use the deburrer and then the file for corners. Careful not to let either tool scrape the surface because it can leave printable marks. Shoot for a 45 degree bevel and be sure to get the corners too. The reason for this tedious step is unbeveled edges might cut your paper, and over time will bruise the printing felts and leave linear marks that will show up in future prints. After that’s done, you’re ready to print!
Many people choose to bevel before grounding but I like doing it after etching because beveled edges (in my experience) are more prone to getting damaged during the etching process than unbeveled edges.
